Meet Our Friends: The Salamander Puppets!

They may be made of fabric, foam, and a little imagination, but don’t tell them that. Around here, the Salamander Puppets are very real personalities!

Lovingly handcrafted by talented local prop-maker, costume creator, and just overall incredible artist, Marilyn Hardy, each puppet is bursting with character, charm, and a healthy dose of mischief. Whether they’re making kids giggle, getting adults to dance along, or stealing the spotlight during an event, these colourful friends have quickly become a fan-favourite part of the Salamander experience.

Best of all? The family has been growing, and every new group has been more creative than the last.

The Salamander Line-Up

Year One – Meet the originals: Sal and Mandy!

Year Two – The cast expanded with, Slammer Salamander, Alexander Salamander and Amanda Salamander

Year Three, things really got entertaining with superstars Muddy Holly, Taylor Swamp, Elton Pond and Bruce Springstream

Year Four – the newest stars to join the troupe: Hank-a Hank-a Burnin’ Love, Rainbow Randy, Electric Larry, Joni and Fairywinkle
